Noel’s Supplement Choices
June 11, 2021 - I have just started taking Taurine for sarcopenia that has been a millstone around my neck - one that gets heavier with time. Grateful for this paper that offers an alternative perspective on the problem.

Thinking about the COQ10. Reason I take it is because the body produces it, but like everything else, production slows, noticeably between 75 and 80. Its function with respect to ATP is important, and I do not have a surplus of energy at this time. The selenium and zinc are low dose, and usually on alternate days, except during this time of covid, and when I'm feeling a cold coming on.
