Diary for RO

November 11, 2021 - first entry-male, married 35 years, 73 years old, been studying aging since 1984. 152 lbs, was 5’8” when young, now 5’7.5”. I do not do formal exercise, but am very active, walking and stairs, doing T’ai Chi. I did a triathalon last summer, and my health is excellent. I had bladder cancer in 2011, and survived traumatic brain injury in 1999. I think I am exceptionally happy, optimistic, and extroverted.
