Arthritis and Knee Replacement
from oz10 on GRG 210425 - # 1 on my list is Bioastin 12 mg per day. I read about it here on the GRG email list from other members and after about a week of use, I actually cancelled an appointment I had scheduled with an orthopedic pain specialist. Other supplements are fish oil, evening primrose oil, SamE 400 mgs, Pterostilbene 150 mg, Zyflamend, Woebenzyme, MSM 500 mgs, Life Extension, Advanced Curcumin Elite, Shark Cartilage, Irwin Inflamma-Less, Reservage Ultra Collagen Booster, Devils Claw, Boron, and Boswellia. IAS in London recently sent out a sample of their product called Pain Pro which I also like and plan to reorder. I was a runner for many years and pretty much wore my cartilage down to a level 4 bone on bone. Other interventions which I have tried and found helpful are Hocatt ozone saunas, Senolytics (dasatinib and quercetin) and stem cell injection. I also own and use a BEMER and a BIOMAT. While all this may sound like a lot, the good news is that I have managed to avoid knee replacement and walk several miles a day with intermittent jogging. I have read that arthritis sufferers should avoid eating nightshade vegetables, but I do seem able to consume good quantities of tomatoes without ill effect. I have however noticed that any sugar consumption is detrimental and proinflammatory. One I really like is a liquid hyaluronic acid called Synthovial 7 recommended to me by a pharmacist. I also take bromelaine, cayenne pepper and arnica montana. Topically, I've tried many and my favorite right now is Plus CBD oil hemp balm which has 100 mgs of CBD
from WF at GRG 210425 - I have osteoarthritis in my joints at 71 flaring up. Currently I use magnets, PEMF, and a laser(K-Laser) to treat my joint pain successfully. Another product I tried is X39, kind of woo woo but it works and is maybe the easiest to use. Not many good results from supplements. CBD caps and creams work.
from TI at GRG 210426 - Senolytics — quercetin and Dasatinib should thicken the joints or at least slow it down.

GRG- For hand arthritis, you might look into "Yoga Tuneup" on line and MELT therapy, both of which involve ball therapy which I have found extremely useful and practice daily. I collect and use rubber balls of various sizes (depending on which body part I'm rolling out). Easy at home practice for feet, hands, knees, neck, shoulders, back, thighs, etc.
GRG- Instead of knee replacement, PRP is when the doctor takes blood from the patient and concentrates the platelets in a centrifuge. The product that’s created is called platelet-rich plasma (PRP). All of those platelets release growth factors and other things like exosomes that can help healing. Read more here.
GRG - I don’t know where you have arthritis but we have old Russian folk recipe. If it is accessible part of the body like fingers or arm you need to keep the finger in a warm water and then rub it with Castor Spirit, warm up again and rub, warm up and rub... Do it for 7-10 min. 2-3 times a day for at list 10-14 days. It should help, at least it helped to few people I know. After such treatment they never had problem with arthritis again. Maybe you want to try?
