WeMD – Wine is really good for you. In moderation, wine can help lower your blood pressure, manage blood sugar, and reduce inflammation, among other benefits.

WebMD-Is alcohol a problem? You binge drink, you drink when it is causing you problems, you are pregnant, you are too young, you need to drink more, it affects relationships, you withdraw when not drinking, you drive afterwards.

WebMD-Illness after 50-  735,000 people have a heart attack every year. A 50-year-old man has a 1 in 2 chance of getting heart disease at some point, stroke- eat a low-cholesterol diet, manage your stress, exercise, and quit smoking. This goes on to a long list of awful conditions that you can worry about, and that stress can bring on many harmful conditions.  Instead of reading such a list, why not take deep breaths to relax, get some exercise, drink some water, take active steps to maintain your health.
