LONG NOTES

Reader question: Is metformin recommended for enhanced health and life extension? That is correct.  I do not take it yet. It should not to be self-medicated by amateurs.

But many in the Gerontology Research Group do. It is the first drug the FDA is considering as an anti-aging medicine. But here are three essays including both the pros and cons. https://www.nutritionconsensus.org/3metformin

Naturally occurring ionizing radiation in the US, contrary to expectations, higher levels of radiation lead to lower levels of many solid cancers.
Pulse oximetry gives high readings on people of color, so they are less likely to be treated for severe covid, Economist 4/10; Astrazeneca vaccine may be dangerous for people under 30;

Science 2 apr pg 20: Diet has tremendous impact on cancer treatments: ketogenic for endometrial cancer, fasting for breast cancer, serine free for colon cancer.

Bacteria inside cancer cells can provoke an immune reaction against the tumor, which chemotherapy can further exploit.
